Experience	Competencies expected from the candidate would be People management skills, Analytical Skills, Domain Expertise, SME, Industry knowledge of Apparel, Madeups and Home Furnishing domain, Understanding training and business, Strategic thinking, Effective decision making, Team work, People management skills.

Qualification	The incumbent should have minimum educational qualification of Post Graduation with MBA or Chartered Accountancy and should have a minimum experience of at least 20 years, out of which at least 10 years must be of CXO position. He or She must have thorough knowledge of the Apparel sector. Knowledge of skilling in this sector would be of an added advantage.
