Ms. Sandhya Wadhwa is a seasoned veteran in the global fashion and skilling industry, with an impressive and versatile professional experience spanning 30 years. Known for her dynamic leadership and go-getter attitude, Ms. Wadhwa stands out as a driving force in the sector.

She joined the Apparel Made-Ups & Home Furnishing Sector Skill Council (AMHSSC) in 2015 and has since become an integral part of the organization. Ms. Wadhwa played a pioneering role in establishing the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Department at AMHSSC. Under her visionary leadership, the department has grown exponentially—executing high-impact, grassroots-level projects that have transformed lives and communities across India.

Ms. Wadhwa holds an MBA, a Diploma in Fashion, and a Certificate in Advanced Marketing and Merchandising. Her strong academic background, coupled with her professional dedication, has made her one of AMHSSC’s most valued and respected leaders.

Currently serving as Director – CSR, Ms. Wadhwa continues to lead with discipline, innovation, and compassion, consistently contributing to AMHSSC’s mission of empowering the workforce through skill development and sustainable livelihood initiatives.
