Ms. Sandhya Wadhwa is a seasoned veteran in the global fashion and skilling industry, with an impressive and versatile professional experience spanning 30 years. Known for her dynamic leadership and go-getter attitude, Ms. Wadhwa stands out as a driving force in the sector.

She joined the Apparel Made-Ups & Home Furnishing Sector Skill Council (AMHSSC) in 2015 and has since become an integral part of the organization. Ms. Wadhwa played a pioneering role in establishing the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Department at AMHSSC. Under her visionary leadership, the department has grown exponentially—executing high-impact, grassroots-level projects that have transformed lives and communities across India.

Ms. Wadhwa holds an MBA, a Diploma in Fashion, and a Certificate in Advanced Marketing and Merchandising. Her strong academic background, coupled with her professional dedication, has made her one of AMHSSC’s most valued and respected leaders.

Currently serving as Additional Director – CSR, Ms. Wadhwa continues to lead with discipline, innovation, and compassion, consistently contributing to AMHSSC’s mission of empowering the workforce through skill development and sustainable livelihood initiatives.
