The Special Projects under AMHSSC is responsible for leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that support the strategic growth and operational efficiency of the apparel business.
This role involves managing non-routine projects ranging from product innovation and sustainability initiatives to supply chain optimization and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the apparel industry, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments including design, merchandising, production, marketing, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute strategic projects that drive innovation, efficiency, and growth across apparel functions.
- Lead initiatives such as new product launches, sourcing transformations, tech integrations, or process improvements.
- Partner with design, product development, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to support project goals and inform strategic direction.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring clear reporting to senior leadership.
- Identify roadblocks and develop solutions in real time to maintain project momentum.
- Prepare presentations, business cases, and status updates for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive collaboration and communication across departments to align resources and priorities.
