With a deep-rooted passion for apparel and textiles and a curiosity for how things work, I began my journey in fashion and business at NIFT Delhi and later at MDI Gurgaon. Over the years, I've worked across the value chain—from sourcing to product innovation, from B2B marketing to managing large apparel and home furnishing categories. These experiences shaped not just my professional skills but also my perspective on how quality and strategy go hand in hand.

As the Additional Director – Quality & Standards at AMHSSC, I focus on integrating real industry needs into national skilling frameworks. My role bridges policy with practical implementation—aligning standards with market trends, state-level programs, and future skill demands. Every day, I work to ensure that what we build today empowers the workforce of tomorrow.

Beyond work, I’m driven by ideas that create long-term impact. I enjoy exploring new models in sustainability, reading about behavioral economics, and engaging in strategy-based games that keep my mind sharp. To me, the apparel sector isn’t just about garments—it’s about people, systems, and a shared vision for excellence.
