Dr. Aditi Yadav is a dynamic and result-oriented professional with over 13+ years of experience across skill development, training, project management, operations, and human resources. She currently serves as Joint Director at the Apparel Made-Ups & Home Furnishing Sector Skill Council (AMHSSC) under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), where she leads national-level initiatives in skilling, monitoring, strategic partnerships, and capacity building.

Dr. Yadav holds a Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery from MDU, Rohtak and an MBA in Health and Hospital Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR), Jaipur. Her cross-functional expertise spans both skill development sectors and Health sector, enabling her to manage complex projects with strategic foresight and operational excellence.

At AMHSSC, she handled Training of Trainers (TOT), the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS), government-industry coordination. She has played a crucial role in the implementation of special projects such as ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives and the establishment of Centres of Excellence (COEs). Currently she serves as Secretary to the Board,Chairman Office, CVO and Joint Director - HR at the council, where she ensures smooth governance and promotes employee engagement.

Prior to her current role, Dr. Yadav worked with leading organizations such as Religare Health Insurance, Reliance General Insurance, Fortis Healthcare and SGT University, managing fraud control, Claims management, wellness programs, Networking, government affairs, Clinician and training delivery.

Dr. Yadav is passionate about developing a skilled and future-ready workforce aligned with industry needs. She is known for her ability to integrate policy, partnerships, and execution effectively. In her personal time, she enjoys dancing, reading, and traveling.
