Ms. Babeeta Upadhyay serves a central role in overseeing the Councils financial strategy, compliance framework, and fiscal operations.

With over 12 years of experience in accounting, taxationwith a specialization in TDS and the preparation and finalization of financial statements, Ms. Upadhyay brings a comprehensive and disciplined approach to financial management. Since joining AMHSSC in April 2015, she has successfully led a broad spectrum of financial functions, including internal and statutory audits, digital payment systems, TDS compliance and return filing, utilization certificate preparation, and the annual closure of accounts.

Prior to her role at AMHSSC, she was associated with Avadh K. Sharma & Associates, a Chartered Accountancy firm based in Delhi, where she built a strong foundation in core accounting principles and financial governance.

Ms. Upadhyay holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts, and has further strengthened her technical capabilities through a professional certification in Tally, underscoring her proficiency in financial software and automated accounting systems. Known for her precision, reliability, and unwavering commitment to compliance and transparency, she continues to be a vital asset in driving AMHSSCs financial integrity and operational excellence.
